Data protection is best implemented when it is already integrated in the technology at the moment of creation. For us privacy protection is not an afterthought, but part of the creation process. We’re partnering with some of the leading security experts in order to innovate in the way we prevent data breaches. This is the new paradigm of Privacy by Design, also enshrined in Article 25 of the GDPR.
All connections between your device, our servers and your banks are protected with 256-bit encryption which is a standard used by banks and financial services.
We are committed to helping our users understand the rights and obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which took effect on May 25, 2018. There’s privacy section in the Reloyalty App, accessed via the profile section. There you will have control over your data and be able to opt in or out of marketing emails and marketing pushes whenever you want.
Your bank login credentials are never stored on Reloyalty’s servers. To access your transaction data, our system transforms your credentials into a key that is meaningless out of context, even to us. No one will be able to tell from our system which account is yours once linked.
